If you’re not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping and no handling fee. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were received for a full refund.

Even after the 30-day timeframe has passed, we’ll replace any defective item for up to a full year from purchase. All damages or defects must be communicated to a customer service representative. Verification of the reported issues will be completed through an inspection upon receiving the returned item(s). After our review, you’ll receive an exchange or merchandise credit.


Based on the size and weight of the product, the packaging slip may contain a return label. If your package does not contain a return label, please contact us via email at [email protected], so we can determine the best method to return the product.

Return Service Procedure

  • Step 1: If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative first for further help.
  • Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
  • Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
  • Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is correct for you; if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • The damaged item is damaged/broken or twisted upon arrival.
  • The received product size/color is incorrect.
  • We do not accept returned items sent back by you directly without checking with us first.


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. will not be held liable for misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Please make sure and double-check all information entered on checkout. Within 1-3 business days of purchase, processes the orders. No changes can not be applied after that. The customer would then be responsible for re-route charges.


If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
